I've just been reading about it and can't find anything other than cccc will confirm fixtures, nothing about a right to change them. From the official GAA page

When the number of season tickets exceeds the capacity. This is not the case here. So season ticket holders would get tickets but no guarantee of seats. But I think that our season tickets should come out of our half of the tickets to make things fairer. This is what happens for all ireland finals - season tickets means the county allocation is smaller.
