Someone reported that earlier on today on twitter and it was removed (That it was not feud related). Someone else mentioned the twitter report in the comments on thejournal i think, and it was deleted by the person that posted it.

It wouldn't really make much sense for the Hutch's to stick their neck out that much, to get somebody that wouldn't bother the Kinahans at all if he was killed.

They(Spanish undercover) got his DNA from a water bottle he discarded on a train and matched it to the cap found in a no fire damaged BMW x3.

The getaway driver theory is just to get him for something, if the murder charge doesn't stick with the jury. He's looking at a few years anyway for illegal modified gun possession.
