Hello State of Decay 2 Insiders! We've received a ton of helpful feedback from you, and are ready to test a new patch for the game in our Technical Beta/Public Test Realm. This patch should go live for PC Public Test Realm participants today, but to ensure you have the latest version please check for updates to the game in the Windows Store by selecting “Show in Store” in the Xbox Insider Hub app. We would love it if you could get in some gameplay this weekend to test out the new patch. The more you test the sooner we can release this to all of the players enjoying State of Decay 2 now! Please note that cross-play between Xbox One and Windows 10 will not work until the Xbox One version of the game is released next week. If you do run into any issues with the game, please check out the State of Decay Support and Recent Support/Troubleshooting pages for common fixes. If you don’t see your issue there, you can also utilize the Public Test Realm Support forum to see if it has been posted there. If you do find a new issue, please file a bug on the forum, or reach out to us at SoD2beta@microsoft.com.

Can't get a grasp on what to prioritise and what to ignore and on top of that the radio is going every 5 minutes with other survivors mooching food and meds. Doesn;t seem to be much of a story at all like there was in the last game but I'm likely missing something here. I'm on day 7 and nothing really pops out at me that says this will move the game along Oh one thing the game doesn't tell you that I only found out from a google is that if you park your car in the parking space which I didn't even see for the longest time you can just go to the boot and press RT to move the supplies to storage. You wish I'd know that a few hours ago.

Mr.S wrote: » Yeah co-op is borderline unplayable at times, especially when driving two separate cars. Still fun though. Oh another grip is driving off-road and getting stuck on rocks! How do you activate the solar power at night time? I have the solar power mod installed, but, it doesn't seem to do anything! Also...how does on find water for your base? My little Sims are starting to give out!

[Deleted User] wrote: » Same here but those stopped for me after my Sheriff got killed. It's not at all like the last game in terms of the story and other factions it's just random enclaves from what I can tell and the legacy stuff for specific group members. I've started just calling in for plague hearts in the hope something might happen. Overall it feels like the world is finished but the game isn't. Radio messages from moochers every few minutes is getting old.

Deleted User wrote: » I had to do all the plague hearts to push it on, had the sheriff do some driving to rally the towns folk who give me some ammo then respond to an emergency that gave me 15 minutes to make my way to and kill a whole 2 bad guys. Then the epic finale to take out the skullcrushers which involved parking myself up a billboard and headshotting one guy on the roof , the boss??? and one lad downstairs in the warehouse
