How do you find a one night stand

When I was away for the weekend in 2015 I had a one night stand with a woman I met in a takeaway & didnt get her name, now I need to find her and all I know is she is from Tullamore and was at an event in the Annebrook Hotel any suggestions on how I would narrow down the search?

Nope wife has known since October and has been ridiculously understanding and patient its just ****in with her head that she doesnt know what she looks like.
