NRL Last Man Standing

I thought it might be a fun idea to create a Last Man Standing game before the debut of the new season. Some of you may have seen these types of games before.

Rules

- Each round of fixtures you pick a team that you think will win.

- You can't choose any team that you have chosen in previous weeks.

- If your team don't win then you are eliminated.

We keep going until we have the last player left. (If nobody's teams win, all who were left in at that point roll over to the next week.)

Here are the fixtures for the first round of games:

Fri
Newcastle Knights vs Manly Warringah Sea Eagles
North Queensland Cowboys vs Cronulla Sutherland Sharks

Sat
Wests Tigers vs Sydney Roosters

Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs vs Melbourne Storm

Sun
Penrith Panthers vs Parramatta Eels
Gold Coast Titans vs Canberra Raiders

I'll get the ball rolling and the team I'll place my faith in to start with will be the Rabbitohs!

Who will you choose? (P.S. Anyone who sees this thread after the Thurs/Fri game can still play but obviously you'd need to choose a team from a fixture that hasn't happened yet!)

It's Tom and Danick that are the qualifiers for Week 2. Broncos are off the table for Tom, while Roosters are off the table for Danick.
