The HGV driver spoke to the local police force (West Midlands) about the incident and from what he was told, no action is being taken against the driver of the offending vehicle.

You could report him, that's a mandatory court appearance. It's not ok to arse around under the speed limit when people are trying to merge.

Sure the person driving was close but I wouldn't be putting the blame on him if it's on a slip road of all places.

They're probably the same gob****e that would move over below the speed limit because they think they have right of way.
