Amazingly soft, plush seats (you really sink down into them. aaaaaah...). But I didn't look at the restaurant upstairs. I usually dine alone (bring in a book, a nice glass of wine or two..) Is it the kind of place you can do that? In some restaurants, they don't like singletons taking up a table for two; or if you get one, they're almost shuffling you out the door as soon as you get the food. Whereas I'm usually quicker than a typical couple/group since there's no chatting.
who_me wrote: » Likewise. Ramen is taking over, and is ok, but IMO Wagamamas was a lot better/lighter/healthier.

I had wings to start, OH had jalepeno "poppers". Asked for the wings extra hot, obviously this couldn't be accommodated as they came straight from a packet. The "poppers" were slices of jalepeno out of a jar coated in some sort of salty batter. Mains fish tacos. Sauce was nice, fish didnt taste fresh tho. I'm not saying it was off, but it was out of a tin/blister pack. Again asked for extra hot, no spice there at all really... OH had a vegetarian chimichanga. The veg was literally your standard frozen "country veg"! !

Tapas were chicken pate, parma ham, pork terrine, fish in breadcrumbs & salmon pate. Mains were a choice of sea bream or roast chicken. Wine was a choice of red or white :-) Only downside on this deal is the lack of choice but everything was tasty & good for the price I think. If you do want more wine though it costs about €8.50 per glass. Overall good experience.

When we said we asked for extra hot but the food wasn't really spicy we were given a nice array of hot sauces.... I'm guessing there is actually no fresh chilis in the kitchen!
