Can't see McNulty, Heffernan or Fitzpatrick staying myself.

Would McNulty be given a 1 year? To be fair I was suprised Timmins got one at the time.

Rock seems to be a placeholder between those we have and those coming through

McNulty could get a 1 year dev deal.. but i'd be surprised.. the news that Clarke is headed to Munster might force their hand there.

Ronan Foley could be a player who makes a last push for a leinster academy place.. had a few appearances for Ireland u20 during the 6 nations.

Hugo Lennox has been playing fly half for MU Barnhall in the AIL this season. And Jeremy Loughman has signed a senior contract with Munster for next season.

lennox may play 10 for barnhall but viewed as a 9 by leinster.

Saw that fullback Colm Hogan, who was Munster U20 captain last season and has spent the season playing rugby in france while on erasmus has been voted captain of trinity for next season.

he rejected a contract to finish college, which included a year in france on erasmus.

He probably wanted to stay at Trinity so wouldn't work with the academy.

when he was in trinity he traveled to train with munster, this season he was on erasmus in france so naturally could not.

That’s fair enough, hopefully the door to professional rugby isn’t closed if he wants to give it a go after college.

Was he sub academy last year then?
Even if he hadn't gone on Erasmus it seems a bit much to travel down from Dublin 3/4 times a week.

Trinity have some serious amount of fullbacks - Silvester, Jack Kelly & Hogan

I could see Silvester possibly being pulled into 7's rugby next season, but yeah if all three are playing for them next season that will be a serious back three.
