Just finished dinner. I made toddler stay at the table or leave the room. Sick of monkey antics at the table then half hour later whines of being hungry. Then eating too close to bed means he's uncomfortable all night and not sleeping properly. He cried a bit when I wouldn't let him jump about, then scoffed the lot. So naturally I'm sitting here feeling guilty. Last thing I want to do is cause dinner to be a battleground. Ha, a case of damned if you do, damned if you don't.

The dogs are sunbathing and I still haven't warmed up after getting caught in the rain earlier. Mad weather today!

Isn’t it lovely to relax at the end of the day feeling like you had a productive day? I know i always complain about being too busy and not feeling well etc but I love the evenings of busy days more than I love evenings of lazy days. I hope when I’m in my 70s I still keep busy. Love reading your posts
