A target is a person who is suspected of having committed a criminal offence whereas a subject is a person who falls within the scope of the investigation. This, of course, could be Rosenstein trying to save his own bacon lest Trump fire him to get at Mueller. However, a Yale law professor believes this isn't important as a subject can quickly switch to being a target. I wonder how much Rosenstein is being told by the FBI. My bet is not the whole truth.

Bridenstine will become the first elected official to hold the NASA administrator job. He joins a Cabinet already loaded with people who question the near-universal scientific consensus that climate change is real and that human activity is the primary cause. ..,.. The former Navy Reserve pilot previously served as executive director of the Air and Space Museum & Planetarium in Tulsa, Oklahoma. During his tenure, the nonprofit suffered financial losses, and an investigation by the Project On Government Oversight found that Bridenstine used the nonprofit’s resources to benefit a company he co-owned, according to a report from The Daily Beast this week.

People are seething, not saying you're one of them but the hysteria is crazy. The news reports today say Rosenstein told Trump hes not a target in the Cohen or Mueller cases, which is obv subject to change. Giuliani says he's there to negotiate an end to the Mueller probe for the good of America, all PR talk of course so let's see what happens. To be honest I think the most interesting story is North Korea, I find it very hard to believe they're willingly going to denuclearize. Hard to figure out their angle.

I wonder what kind of memos his team were writing up when they dug out Don Jr's " I love it" email.

The subpoena, according to The Wall Street Journal, is related to documents that might have been falsified. The Associated Press recently reported that the company submitted documents in New York City claiming it did not have rent-regulated tenants when, in fact, it did. “Kushner Companies has nothing to hide and is cooperating fully with all legitimate requests for information, including this subpoena,” a spokeswoman for the company said. Previously, the firm took “corrective action” immediately on the documents, which the company said were completed by a third-party entity.
