Joe keen to emphasise how his work ethic is even stronger now than it used to be. He gets up earlier than ever in the mornings so to speak. No mention of the 12 weeks off last year. Which of the two is paid more?

He might get up early, sure that means nothing, what time does he start and finish this “work”?
