Great having 27 & 28 players for the DGW's but you can only use bench boost once.

Thanks for your feedback. Barry should be Vardy. I know I have only one BB but this way I have a choice of which week I use it. I am thinking 34 then sell Lukaku and Lloris to use funds to buy City players for 2nd DGW. Or I might TC Lukaku in 34 and BB in 37

Really was keen to try a different approach (-8 this week, -4 and BB GW34, FH35 and then WC36 with TC37) but a few injuries and Liverpool now strong favourites to progress in UCL have left me little choice.

After playing around for the last hour I'm currently sitting with this:

Plan to BB in 34, FH in 35 and TC in 37. I'll have 27 for GW34 and 24 for GW37 as it stands.

Yes that's double Leicster, Burnley & Palace defense. Best chance I see for clean sheets with doubles, bar Palace who only have 1 game in 34, but decent chance of a clean sheet.

Midfield is fairly self explanatory, as is front three.

I could go Vardy and Gudmundsson instead of Mahrez and Barnes, not much in it I don't think.

Hard to know weather to keep Salah, but I'm happy to hold for the moment and asses as we go. I got him for 9.0 so it would cost me to bring him back.

Any thoughts?

But Moses 6.5m? rather look at Christensen even if riskier, Smalling, Mustafi or something instead of Ake, and if funds left chilwell to Morgan

I have wanted to own moses for a long time and the assist last week just confirmed that for me. I'm not a big fan of risky players who may/may not play and Christy is just too injury prone for my liking.

I've had Ake a while now and he pops up with the odd assist here and there so that's why I haven't transferred him out. Mustafi hasn't a double in 34 and ddg is the only player in Man U that I trust Jose not to rotate.

Could still do chilwell to Morgan though, cheers!

on WC this week and going all in for BB on week 34 with 27 players....planning to transfer Aub out for Lukaku next week and then reverse it for 35 - no FH so will also put Salah in for Hazard for a -4 to give me 8 players. 20 points behind in my money league so one last push for glory!

Looking back at my pre WC team last week to compare it to my WC team :

Pre WC team would have scored 22 points with Auba and Azpi to play.
Current team has scored 31 points (after subs) with just Auba to play.

Considering that I'm also far more prepared to face the two DGWs now I think it's been a relatively successful WC.

Having a look at my potential WC team and my brain is fried! I'm playing BB in GW37 so need to look at 15 starters.

My current front 8 seems fine - Salah, Eriksen, Sterling, Arnautovic, Zaha, Jesus, Aubameyang and J.Ayew. 7 of the 8 have a GW35 fixture and a Salah downgrade in 37 allows Jesus/Auba to Kane.

The defence is a mindfcuk though. Its really hard to see where clean sheets are likely to come from, especially with a need to have all starters in GW37. I have no confidence in Mustafi, VVD could be rotated and has Chelsea away in 37. Chelsea defenders are mad expensive and no Man U defender is nailed on.

I'm actually seriously contemplating an Ederson/Courtois double up as I'd get to play them both in 37 and 'cover' both defences! It leaves a crap defence of VVD (possibly a -4 to Smailling in 37), Chilwell, Dummett, Masuaku and Naughton!

The other option is to downgrade Arnie/Zaha to Kenedy, but I'm not sure I'd be happy having both Kenedy and Ayew in my team.

and Lascelles as I think there could be a clean sheet there somewhere. Stoke V Burnley is probably the other chance of a clean sheet.

Auba is obviously the other worry but, if he gets even half an hour then he could still do something, and if he doesn't then I have Perez to come in.
