Anyway, I used to work in that business
1. Christmas is the most expensive time of year due to high demand and less fleet on hand off peak
2. 7seaters are amongst the most expensive + this lad probably wanted an automatic.

Most important, he's an idiot who didn't calculate the add on when he made the booking, and then paid them anyway and fr whatever reason feels the need to have a whine about it
