This one got a follow up on Dumpert.
Police district Noord-Nederland saw the clip, managed to find the driver and confiscated his driver's license. Transport company had been very cooperative to get the right guy and fired the guy as well

Seemed to appearr from nowhere. Couldn't see it in front of the bogmobile anyway when the truck made his move to get around it.

They are approaching a motorway junction, it is likely that the car had just left the motorway and turned right heading towards the tractor.

It's more or less direct line of sight with no obstructions to masts in Dublin and Wicklow. Whereas the nearest UK masts to South Stack are in Holyhead, on the other side of Holyhead Mountain.

Not condoning brake checking but it didn't look like the truck made as much effort as he could have to stop in time either.

Can't do PiP, so maybe play vids together. This happened at a school crossing. Thankfully no injuries and only a small mark on my rear bumper. Some clips broken on his grille. Elderly man driving. Cheeky fecker just wanted to drive off without checking for damage...til I told him it's on dash cam.
