Heaps of snow in North Kildare. Just spent a busy early morning digging chickens out of the snow. They are not enjoying all this white stuff!

Still no snow (other than a very light dusting) in Limerick. Going by MTC forecast don't think we will see too much in this location. No harm the snow will mainly miss us but annoying we have to deal with the same disruptions that we would have if we were hit badly.

The stretch of Kilmacanogue down to Gorey missed out completely due to Anglesea. Lots of disappointed kids. Only a bit of graupel fell 24 hours ago but it didn't accumulate at all. DP will be well below freezing still, snow is inevitable. Also I dont think 'light snow' is forecast unless you're far north.

As much as I love, I find it a bit sad that Emma will bring wet snow because this dry snow is very nice. Not going to complain though!
