Like the Title says who do you think are the most beautiful women in the world. The likes of FHM and other magazines usually stick to Celebrities who are well know when they put out their Top 50 but what about other beautiful women who should be on the list but are not.

The bizarre thing was she went and had more work done after she almost died of MRSA getting the first procedure done.
Walks with a cane now, I don't think she can stand for long periods.

I think she looks beautiful on both photos. I see nothing bad in plastic surgery if it's done within reasonable limits. And sure you should be able you can afford it. It's not a cheap procedure. I had non invasive nose job, it's rhinoplasty (non-surgical procedure) about 4 years ago. I think that it's a great modern alternative for patients who are interested in improving the appearance. Recovery time is much shorter. Anyway I have no regrets. People like to gossip;)

What about Joanna lumley, has she been mentioned? Seventy now I think and still looking very good. But not just a good looking woman. I always thought of her as a really nice classy lady with a good heart.

I'm not a fan of cosmetic surgery. I think we are moving into a world where it's frowned upon to be different and that's what makes us beautiful. The plastic surgeons think they are creating something beautiful but it's done for financial reward at the end of the day. Sorry for rant here's a beautiful lady:) Good singing voice too!
