Directly under the mains socket in a little compartment? Might be worth checking out as generally the radius subs are reliable (I have 2 myself!) ATVB, John Mc & Crew
slave1 wrote: » Thanks for those posts John, downside of a dark room is I could not see the rear properly last night, this morning I replaced the fuse and nothing. Checked the replacement fuse I just put in and it was blown straight away by the sub so will look into getting it back to ye.

slave1 wrote: » Hi Kenny, Have you Philips Hue Lightstrip extensions in stock, I'll go for two of them please and pretty sure they can fit in the sub box if that makes sense. You should have my number on account, if not send me a PM to pay for them, oh how much for two? Regards
slave1 wrote: » Yeah that's them Kenny, go for that and also I got a call from the service guys yesterday and the new part will be a week or so for my Sub. Makes sense to get them all in the one package and ship together. Feel free to give me a buzz for payment. Regards

slave1 wrote: » Hi guys, recieved the sub today, thanks for the repair ..... but......... When I connect it to my Marantz SR7011 via trigger there's a loud hum, even when the volume is turned down? I did a quick search and found mention of ground loop issue but that could be a red herring. I see ground connections on the rear of the SR7011 but they look like turntable and FM plus I could not see any ground terminal on the sub. Major part of my current upgrades is to hide all the speakers pretty much permanently so I need trigger functionality... Any advice
slave1 wrote: » Thanks, there's plenty of internet hits on this, to help snag I've... Tried three different subwoofer cables Tried four different trigger cables (including the Monitor Audio one that came with the sub) Earthed the SR7011 Tried a car ground loop isolator I had knocking around Nothing from any of the above... What worked a little was "grounding" the SR7011 and sub directly to each other, this was via the SR7011 ground terminal to a screw on the back of the sub. The hum was reduced but still well audible.... R/S1
