Competitive? LMFAO. Seven in a row?!? What do you define as competitive? Maybe you're waiting to see them win fifteen in a row and then you'll finally see it for the joke it is. France, England and Spain will all almost certainly have different champions in 2018 than in 2017. Italy won't. It's hilarious how you think anything to buck the trend of the last few years will happen and that Juventus won't have this title wrapped up by March. In terms of getting to Champions League finals, yup, that's a massive achievement when they've turned up as cannon fodder and gotten their ar5ehole turned inside out on both occasions. The point is Italy is not like Germany and is not used to one team p1ssing the league year after year and people will become disinterested when they realise it's a perpetual one man show. That'll affect attendances, tv money and all sorts of other revenue and then, certainly in terms of the top level, the whole thing dies.

badly.
But im basing the competitiveness on the fact right now there's only a point in between the leaders and five between top 4(providing Roma win their game in hand). All other leagues have at least a 9 point gap up top.

I'm not doubting Juve are strong favourites but I'm finding it the most exciting season in a good while (asides from Milan anguish).

Hopefully it's a good game and both teams try to play but I think it could be a cagey game because both teams will be more interested in not losing than winning, I hope I'm wrong though. While it is worrying that Inter have been poor for the last few games getting a win against Milan could be exactly what the players need to get the confidence back, but a loss could have the opposite affect and make things worse.

No problem with the decision, Ranocchia was clearly offside, but the referee not checking the VAR himself which is the norm is dodgy.

I'd say we're having slightly the better of it but that is pushing it as both are devoid of creativity. Has extra time written all over it. The biggest excitement for me so far has been some mad pre-match match on Russian(?) Out today so didn't see the game. Fiorentina haven't been impressive since gutting the team last summer. Lot of average players brought in & just Chiesa left really of what they had.
Milan have been a huge flop this season. A dozen or so players not performing & very little sign of improvement. Change of managers only showed how precarious of a situation they are in off the field as I imagine they have no money now bar loans from banks.
Haven't a notion of doing much in the Europa League either.

I wouldnt be surprised if that's Di Francesco gone.

His Roma team has been very disappointing but the lack of transfers have really been the cause of their issues

Beppe Bergomi wrote yesterday in La Gazzetta dello Sport that the performances recently have been OK even if the results have been poor and that the important thing in such a key match as today was not to lose; I agree with him and am happyish with tonight, we do need to return to winning next week before the break though.

The Coppa Italia isn't and never has been held in the esteem the FA Cup has. The only reason Juventus are so mad about it at the moment is they are desperate to equal our triplete.

Napoli going all in on the league is going to blow up in their face. Their starting XI are already tired as only Allan & Jorginho are ever rotated (for Zielinski & Diawara). Even their transfer links make me think why even bother signing that player as he only drops the standard down far too low for league champions when you compete with Juve

Going out of the cup early could be beneficial to Napoli and Inter as both will basically be playing one match a week for the rest of the season.

Candreva out for Joao Mario on the right wing is a strange one.
