Very odd setup inside, I presume the sat nav touch screen setup was added later. I've seen plenty of Avensii (:D) with climate control rather than those 1900's dials but didn't have the touch screen.

Nah, it's quite common on UK models. T3S had satnav on the pre facelift too, but it was built into the info display that all models had at the top of the dash. Facelift models had the nav built into the radio, and that unit was available as an accessory as well as being standard on some specs
That was aimed at fleet buyers, didn't have the usual goodies you'd expect of a model with nav, it was quite similar to the basic Aura model we got, but with alloys and nav.
T3X would be similar to the Irish Luna model, but with satnav too.
