The rankings mean nothing, there's too many ways to lose, any decent fighter can beat any other decent fighter on any given day and that's just a fact. The hard part is for fighters to get enough consecutive wins to earn matchups against higher ranked fighters, doesn't mean they're worse because the #14 they lost to could possibly beat #3 if only they were given a chance.
