Bit pricey for most here, but this is a fabulous tool chest set, I've one and it's well worth the price.

The Halfords Industrial 3 set, this is about 5.5ft tall!

The 200 piece set has previously been advertised for €400 or more so €215 is about half price.

I got it last year for a bit less than €140 using the 10% discount group scheme voucher in the Black Friday sale.

The black limited edition has an original price of €200.
The silver standard edition has an original price of €420.

Am I missing somethng or are they being misleading n terms of the pricing?

They are always misleading in their pricing. 200 is normal but they jack it up to 400 for a few weeks now and then so that they can call the 200 half price

A "bargain" is when you get something off the so called half price (in this case down from 200 to 155)

It does Kenny. Bought something recently enough with the same voucher.
Company I work for are part of the group scheme and I get regular emails of offers from them. ðŸ‘ðŸ¼

Ah OK. What reason did they give for not accepting the voucher then? Have you logged in to check if there's a current one?

Fairly sure that it doesn't get applied to already marked down items

It has always worked for me on sale/reduced items, I used it a couple of weeks ago on a half price Stanley toolbox. I used it last year on the Cyber Monday sale.
It doesn't work on clearance items.

She recognised it's a valid voucher but just that they weren't allowed accept it on Black Friday discounted items because it would be a "double discount".

She said they couldn't even get their staff discount on these items also.

Regarding the group scheme voucher.
They told me in limerick last year that they cant accept it when you reserve stuff online .
They just put it through as a new cash sale and it accepted it then

Wait till Black Friday and get a set from Halfords, the Pro version has a lifetime warranty. So if anything break's just bring it back and they replace it.
