Does any small / medium / large supermarket in Dublin city, have a microwave that you can use after buying food in that store ?

I've never seen it in Ireland. Only once saw it in France.

I suspect they don't trust people.

Oh, in shops where there is a deli counter, they may have a microwave where they might heat food for you if you ask nicely. It may depend on them having a seating area where you can eat the food.
