Parents are spelling Irish language name of newborn wrong (backwards fada, think Seàn, Siobhàn, Sinèad). It can't be some new style thing, it's just wrong! Looks ridiculous!

They know it's an Irish name, so it can only be a fada. The name is pronounced like it's a fada.

I gave consideration to asking his mother if her other son was called after any other appliance , maybe Zanussi or Samsung, though she had a face on that looked like she was eating a bag of wasps.
