My feeling about Boards is that it is actually not Right Wing at all. In fact, many posters are strongly, and rightly, against any kind of Neo-Nazi or White Supermacist/Nationalist views.

Would anyone on here even admit to being in agreement with White Supremacy?

What about the homeless crisis, gun crime, racial crime, drug crime? America for decades charged it's kids to go to school and they had debt up to their eyeballs for years? They openly marked them and other "untermensch", subhumans as undesirable and to be "removed" from German territory. Openly. They also enacted laws to discern these "subhumans" from "Aryans" and how they would be dealt with. Marking them out was the first solution, then removing the protection of law from them, then transporting them from German lands, the final.. well we know what that was about. Again the records are there. No, they don't specify how they would be "disappeared", but they would be disappeared and disappeared they were, by various methods.

Forget the gassing, mass executions stuff, one only has to look at the train schedules. Being very efficient the Germans kept detailed records of "special trains". Now some were trains set aside for troop movements, some were even holiday trains for German workers, but there was another kind. Obviously different to all the others as they heading East, were one way for the passengers and came back empty. We can argue back and forth about how people were killed*, but we can't argue the numbers that vanished from the face of the earth. Another set of records were the financial. EG to move Jews from Greece the trains went through a couple of countries on the way to Poland and since the Euro didn't exist, again the Germans being fastidious noted the currency conversions along the way to pay for coal and rail transit.

I've known people in my life who lost entire swathes of their family. Yellowing photos from the 20's and 30's where most of the people in the pictures vanished between 1940-45. Gone. More, relatives of mine saw these camps and the horrors within just after liberation(one was at Belsen, the other the name ashamedly escapes).

*personally speaking and for me anyway, the "Hollywood" view of mass gassings is too dramatic and easy a meme. One that became a given. EG a few witnesses described gas chambers in Belsen and that has become "fact" in some quarters, yet there were none and that camp was about the most documented of all. Did gassings happen? Hell yes. Too many objective witnesses including German soldiers described it. However in other camps they were just left to rot/worked to death. Either way they were dead and that was their intended end.

Frank Dikötter, a Hong Kong-based historian, said he found that during the time that Mao was enforcing the Great Leap Forward in 1958, in an effort to catch up with the economy of the Western world, he was responsible for overseeing "one of the worst catastrophes the world has ever known".

Mr Dikötter, who has been studying Chinese rural history from 1958 to 1962, when the nation was facing a famine, compared the systematic torture, brutality, starvation and killing of Chinese peasants to the Second World War in its magnitude. At least 45 million people were worked, starved or beaten to death in China over these four years; the worldwide death toll of the Second World War was 55 million.

Mr Dikötter is the only author to have delved into the Chinese archives since they were reopened four years ago. He argued that this devastating period of history – which has until now remained hidden – has international resonance. "It ranks alongside the gulags and the Holocaust as one of the three greatest events of the 20th century.... It was like [the Cambodian communist dictator] Pol Pot's genocide multiplied 20 times over," he said.

Between 1958 and 1962, a war raged between the peasants and the state; it was a period when a third of all homes in China were destroyed to produce fertiliser and when the nation descended into famine and starvation, Mr Dikötter said.

His book, Mao's Great Famine; The Story of China's Most Devastating Catastrophe, reveals that while this is a part of history that has been "quite forgotten" in the official memory of the People's Republic of China, there was a "staggering degree of violence" that was, remarkably, carefully catalogued in Public Security Bureau reports, which featured among the provincial archives he studied. In them, he found that the members of the rural farming communities were seen by the Party merely as "digits", or a faceless workforce. For those who committed any acts of disobedience, however minor, the punishments were huge.
