I don't know why but I was surprised that she was out the in contacting, I assumed the brands were all chasing the influencers and if the influencers were looking for work I didn't think they'd blatantly say they were contacting the brands.

I do like Laura but surely she would have used a better mitt to apply? Also her hands were in bits, two fingers completely missed. That was her application not the tan. But I wouldn't pay that for a tan I don't know.

But I wouldn't pay that for a tan I don't know. I agree, I thought his response was very friendly and he seemed very interested in her opinion, he didn't seem to be just on the defence. I thought Sharon Levy's comment was a bit bizarre and unnecessary. She said she hadn't tried the tan and won't be either cos there are better tans on the market. She hadn't tried it but yet felt like she could state as fact that there were better ones on the market. Fair enough don't try it if it doesn't interest you, but don't slate it if you haven't even tried it. It's one thing pretending a brand is great cos you're being paid but slating one cos your blogger friend or fellow blogger didn't like it isn't much better imo. Give the guy a chance, he seemed like a reasonable business person who was receptive to negative feedback.

Trying to name and shame a girl who's friends with the owner and who said that it was her ultimate tan after trying it the day before. Personally, I didn't find the owners comment to be on anyway rude tbf. I will say though, I was glad to see that Laura purchased it herself so we would get an honest review and not have to wonder whether it was #ad, #spon or worse, #brandambassador
Toastytoes wrote: » Yeah I found Cherry Sue's a bit ott too. It seems no one can question a blogger be it in relation to a good review or a bad one. Tbh it stands to reason that the result you will get from a tan will depend on how how well it was applied. Same goes for lots of other products such as make up, hair dye, nail polish etc. So I didn't think it was outrageous of him to ask. Also using something for 15 years doesn't necessarily mean you're using it correctly or that you're an expert at it!

RoisinClare6 wrote: » Yeah, cherry sue kinda pounced on your wan. No need for the harshness of her comment at all. Thought Sharon was quite weird as well, she knocked it before she tried it. I like Lauras reviews and was glad to see someone go out and buy something for a review.

Laura's comment is something like "soooooo glad you love it!!" with a heart emoji. It could just be me reading it that way though because she's been slightly gettitng on my nerves lately, I'm not sure

She had been drinking all night (I had her on snapchat so I saw this), and then made some rude comments about how 'nobody cared enough about this non story to comment'. She tried to backtrack the next day, bur but just looked foolish... She seems to delve into stuff with the intent of starting a row, very embarrassing , makes her looks desperate for followers IMO. Another small time blogger stuck her oar in too, won't name her here, but she's actually worse than Sue for sticking her nose in and is always gagging for an argument.

They basically did nothing other than ask her and them was it an ad, which obviously they both said it wasn't planned and not an ad. Do they not see this is a way of advertising a company/product by placing it in the background. Basically getting around regulations.
