It's not enough just to be taking the best underage players and dropping them into the Senior team. Sure, McGuinness took from his U21 team, but he also got guys like Eamon McGee, Ryan Bradley and David Walsh to commit again, and in the case of Bradley and Walsh, in completely different roles than we had seen them in previously. I think John Haran and Declan Bonner had decent pieces this week.
