Just spent the last while looking around on Daft - seen a few places that made me laugh but this one takes the buiscuit!

I can't imagine being the landlord having to show a prospective tennent THAT! :P

It depends on the rules of the local Gemeente .. same in Germany .. there are some towns where every single house is different and other ones where the houses are completely uniform

if it was foxrock or d4 it would be considerably more. goatstown doesnt have the same ring to it. Handy for the goat inn which does a nice lunch.

Not funny, makes me sad actually...but this looks like there was someone living there up until very recently and is being sold as is after, presumably, the previous owner passed away. And the agents are clown if they think they'll get 80k for it as well
