It had very clear areas that I came to recognise for specific challenges or gimmicks and had a nice mix of speed and platforming. One issue though is there were no instructions on how to do the drop dash and try as I could I couldn't get it to work. Did get to confirm all the sonic 3 shields + classic sonic shield and the overall silky smooth animation and frame rate. Even when players lost over 150 rings.

marcbrophy wrote: » Gonig to get it digitally for the Switch, so there should be enough of them around :pac: I think they are all remixed or old levels. It looks to be just the trio of characters in the game anyway As an aside, I was playing that new fan game Sonic Time Twisted a couple of weeks back on the laptop. I was playing it with the keyboard, but need to plug in a controller and go back to it. It's pretty good for a free passion project thingy. If you are waiting for Mania and want to play this on a PC (I think they have an experimental Mac version too), try the link below https://overboundstudio.com

marcbrophy wrote: » Anyone waiting on this for Switch, it's appeared in the coming soon section of the eShop. €19.99 Can't pre-order it, but you can add it to your watch-list! It's also on xbox.com and playstation.com for pre-order at €19.99 The cheapest of the lot is steam, selling for €17.99, but that's the pre-order price, will rise to €19.99 after release. Looks to be a digital only release for the moment, as not even Amazon have a listing for a physical copy.
Touch Fuzzy Get Dizzy wrote: » Any collectors editions left for PS4/ PC? Just wondering prices. I didn't know what system to get it for and forgot to order anything. Still have the Data Disc pre order though
