Following on from the trivial things that annoy you, I hope we can start a thread on trivial things that make you happy.

I love pushing the button for the lift and the doors open right away.

Being able to walk straight down an escalator or up it without people standing in the way.

Being bale to sail down the driving lane and use the passing lane without lane-hoggers or slow drivers.

A good thread on boards.ie

when the bus is there as soon as i arrive at the bus stop or train as soon as I arrive at the platform.

when the parking spot that I usually park in in the local shopping centre is free.

Not T but happy that when I was worried sick about a family matter I had someone who listened to me, googled the issue and used the info to sooth me. Even if its wrong info, I'll had a few more days of peace before I find out that out.

This will probably make me seem a bit mean but...this morning I got a text from the girl I work with, asking if I was okay. I told her I was grand, but when I got into work at 11am, she said that she had a dream that I had died of a heart attack, and in the dream she was wandering around, looking for confirmation that it was true.
