this Newstalk Drive is absolute garbage,can someone please tell Sarah McInerney to stop laughing at her jokes they are simply not funny.

Moncreiff is the only show i will be listening to.. Yes i've moved the dial alright

This isn't true though. Private station or not, they are required to be objective.

As far as I am aware there is no obligation on a presenter of a current affairs programme to be objective.

As a matter of interest what constitutes a current affairs programme?Is Hooks programme, for example ,one or is there a defined category for topical matters /opinion etc .How much of the content would need to be current/political/ etc.

Hadn't listened in a while but turned over to it on two separate occasions yesterday and both times, within 60 seconds of tuning in, Sarah was giggling away to her own "jokes" like a schoolgirl again.

I actually used to really like her before she found almost everything to be so hilarious.
