The chillow is filled with memory foam, which is soaked in water by putting the nozzle to a tap. A pillow, or cushion pad or pad that heats up significantly slower than a normal pillow . Due to the fact that the moist mass is much slower than air or a dry pillow, the pillow stays much cooler than usual. Since the pillow is not as comfortable as a normal pillow, it is not intended to lay in direct contact. Instead, you can either put it in a pillowcase, or simply under your pillow . The chillow is of course waterproof.
