Buer wrote: » Virgin Media are utter sh*te. Utterly awful. There has been a significant drop off in the quality of service since they took over UPC (who weren't exactly perfect but at least provided an acceptable level of service).I've 120MB broadband with them. I'd say the most I've ever had on a speed test is 20MB. It regularly reads at around 10-12MB. I've had issues streaming Sky Go with the poor speed they provide. Their customer service is horrendous. They will only provide support between 9am and 5pm, Monday - Friday i.e. when you're not at home and, if you call from work, they'll ask you to contact them when at your actual router/set top box. We're currently waiting on a house renovation to start so can't change provider and get tied into a new deal but, as soon as it's done, I'll be gone from them in a heartbeat.
