It gives me the "We ESTIMATE around the first half of 2017" yoke, I've been taking their estimations with a grain of salt for the past couple of years to be honest, so! However with that map update, my house is marked for it in blue which compared to houses on the main road just a minute across the way are all green. So it seems they are inching their way towards us but not quick enough it seems! On the map all sides of my road are marked green except our road which everyone of my neighbors have that blue marker 😥

Broadband is not currently available at your address. However your address is on open eir’s rural fibre rollout programme offering speeds of between 30Mb/s and 1000Mb/s. We estimate fibre broadband will be live in your area during the first half of 2017.

Still telling me I will be done by end of June but that's not looking likely so I expect the map will be updated in a few weeks with delays. No-one working down this side of the village.

Clarina was one of the exchanges that went live in spring 2017 and yet it's still not complete. I see Annacotty slipped from summer to autumn 2017 and I haven't seen any sign of work in this area. Also I never saw any weekend work taking place in Limerick whereas when passing through Galway I noticed there was a lot of weekend activity. The inch st lawrence seems to be a massive exchange area which also got delayed. Not sure what's going on in Limerick?

Fibre to the Home is available at ***** Can it actually be true???? Is it best to order online folks. Am very tempted to get the 1000mbs package. 65 per month seems pretty good value, and you get BoxNation free with it and i'm paying 15 a month for that as it is so that would take bill down to 50 a month for the FTTH
