So far release I've heard about that are getting me excited are a western release of Gust''s Blue Reflection and Vanillawares gorgeous looking 13 sentinels: Aegis Rim.

If it says Launch Exclusive, probably, otherwise I'd say they are not timed. State of Decay for example has always been Xbox exclusive.
