That's a long way off €1000. And that's in "most cases" because most of the combinations are fairly undesirable and therefore have a relatively low value. They aren't my cup of tea, but the attraction must be very minimal for a non-transferable reservation - even if the vehicle is a keeper - if it gets trashed it's gone. I can see the point more if it's transferable as at least it can be re-used by an owner on subsequent vehicles or flogged on. So however small, there is some residual value in making the outlay.
