I've only ever watched it on Gold Cup day in Ryans on Camden St and it was decent.

It's been a while but Gin Palace on Abbey Street is good as in general it is known as a racing pub because of the bookies right beside it. Also have half decent food and usually some eye candy working there

Just down from that I set up camp during Chelt in the Lotts back in the day too, the tiny snug bar part.
