what do you know that we have never heard of?

Eg: you don't need to be great at maths to be an architect

this is obvious to me but everyone says to me "i wanted to be an architect but i was bad at math,i can barely add"

The expression "Lady Muck" is used for a woman who has pretensions that they are a lot better than they really are. In the north of England the term "Lady Docker" is sometimes used instead. It comes from Lady Norah Docker, a woman who went from lower middle class background to marrying three of the wealthiest men in the UK.

Her third marriage to Sir Bernard Docker was her most infamous, he was then chairman of BSA motorcycles, and director Daimler cars, Midland Bank and Thomas Cook amongst others. She started to get heavily involved in Daimler cars, then the car of choice of the Royal Family, but her extravagance in post war Britain, which was still subject to rationing caused a lot of upset. She spent £5,000 on a dress to attend the Paris Motor Show and tried to write it off as a "work clothes" expense. She had a show car reupholstered in Zebra skin, when asked why she said "Mink is too hot to sit in". The same car had an ivory dash and all exposed metal was gold plated. She retained that car and several other similar cars for her own private use.

She was a heavy drinker and extremely unpredictable when drunk. She was banned from the Monte Carlo Casino for assaulting a waiter and when her son wasn't invited to the baptism of Albert of Monaco she ripped up a Monaco flag and was permanently banned from Monaco and by extension the whole of the French Riviera.

She was an expert marbles player, often betting and losing large amounts on games, but her wild ways and outlandish lifestyle were such an embarrassment that the Royal Family switched from Daimler cars to Rolls Royce in the 1950's and never returned, quietly selling off all their Daimler cars within 3 years. It spelt the death knell for the company, her husbands business career and their place on the social circuit. They sold their houses and yachts, eventually moving to Jersey where she was fond of insulting the local people and the tax exile status of the island.

She died in 1983 aged 77, her husband died in 1978 aged 82. Daimler is now owned by Tata, a Indian corporation.

Scotias Grave in Tralee is believed to be her alleged gravesite. Maybe this is more mythology, but sill interesting all the same.

I'm sure you've heard of Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak.
Wayne was a co-founder of Apple Computer and had a 10% share of the company.

Today his net worth should be circa 3.73 billion dollars.

It isn't because Wayne sold his stake for $800 in 1976 shortly after Apple was incorporated, with an additonal $1,500 to seal the release of his stake.

In the early 1990s Wayne sold the original Apple company agreement, signed in 1976 by Jobs, Wozniak and himself, for $500. In 2011 the contract was sold at auction for $1.6 million.

I guess he isn't very good at playing the long game.

He had a pretty successful career by "normal standards" and was able to buy a nice mansion in Florida in which to retire.

Unfortunately he kept his life savings in a safe in the house. The house was burgled and the contents of the safe taken leaving him in a precarious financial position.

He ended up in a trailer park in Nevada.

The Apple I went on sale in July 1976 at a price of US$666.66, because Wozniak "liked repeating digits" or maybe..........

Now worth over 1,200 times that. An Apple 1 computer sold at auction last year for $815,000. Several have been sold for in excess of $650,000.

It's pure myth. Like the Stone of Scone, which sits under the coronation throne in England, is supposed to have been the stone on which Joseph (of the dream coat) slept and was taken to Egypt and then to Antrim by one of the lost tribes of Israel and then on to Scotland. Pure hogwash of course.

Yeah that's why I said it's probably more mythology than anything. There must be some truth to it though with the language starting with Goidel Glas though because the Gaelic languages are also known as Goidelic languages. Gaelic is known to have been originated in Ireland then passed over to west Scotland and then to the Isle of Man.

The rest of the story maybe stuff of fairy tales but sure I still find it interesting

Recent excavations of Han Dynasty artistocratic graves in China's Jiangsu province have thrown up some interesting artefacts.

Among the usual statuary and funerary vessels they found a trove of jade and bronze dildos and butt plugs, the remains of leather thongs and what might be kinky bondage style undies. At first glance, it certainly seems like the Han nobles knew how to throw a party.

The less fun but more likely scenario is that they were probably used to keep bodily fluids from escaping a corpse after death, and the thongs and appendages were used to strap them into place on the body. Mouth and ear plugs are also somewhat common finds in these digs. It was also important to 'seal up' a body at death since it was believed to keep the Qi, or life force, intact inside the person to aid their journey to the beyond.

He didn't design them, but he was one of the main suppliers to the reich alright and a fully paid up member of various nazi organisations. After the war he was fined and his company was taken from him(directly. his family went on to run it). Considering his support he got off lightly. Then again only a minuscule number of high ranking nazi businessmen got punished, or even tried. Most got away pretty much scot free. A travesty of justice given how German(and a few international) big business fostered and supported the nazi's.
