I listen to Chris Moyles in the morning, but have completely changed to podcasts for all my other driving time. Literally don't turn on the FM radio anymore. If I have a passenger, the FM radio will be on for a short journey, or a streamed playlist for a long journey. As a radio enthusiast, that is worrying, as if I have taken these measures, surely the average Joe has done it long ago.

Dermot and Dave and Fergal Darcy were already cr*p but Al Porter is a whole other level of bad. Has a radio station ever declined so quickly before? It's amazing how poor it's gone so suddenly. Like one day it was fine and the next they just decided to destroy it for no reason. What happened?

Entered a competition for a CD on Paul McLoone, heard my name read out was rang by Today FM but it never arrived. I have given up hopes of ever receiving it but one time I rang to inquire about it the lady said a strange thing "It must be one of those that went missing, we have had a few people who never got their CDs". A strange thing to say which makes me think there are more people out there who never received their prize from Today FM!!

They were running a comp with Harvey Norman and Bose on Dermot and Dave, the daily prize was two Bose Soundtouch Speakers and on Friday the 5 daily winners went into a draw for the main prize of a Bose Soundtouch 20 speaker and a €1000 Voucher for the Harvey Norman electrical department. Anyway I was lucky enough to be one of the daily winners and to top it off I also won the overall prize. The following week I received the call from Harvey Norman to organise delivery of my Prize and they asked me what colour I wanted my Soundtouch 20 in so I told them and there was no mention of my daily prize of my two Soundtouch 10 speakers. So I asked the lady and she said she only had details of the 20 for me and to contact Today FM. So I contacted Today FM and it was Maria the shows producer that spoke to me, now let me just point out here that I was never confrontational or rude because I already knew how lucky I was to have won anyway so Maria said to me that the Friday prize was an upgrade to a Soundtouch 20 so I didn't get the two Soundtouch 10's so I pointed out to her that the way the quiz was advertised all week led me to believe you got to keep your daily prize and on top of that the Overall winner got the Soundtouch 20 and the voucher.
