I just pinged them there so I'd have it in black and white, got the same message : all online pre-orders are being guaranteed for launch day and will be available for midnight pickup.

Just got an email from GameSeek saying there will be another chance to pre-order the switch at £198.50 and get it on release day. Worth keeping an eye out for them so.

They say to set up a stock alert for it so you will be notified when more are in stock.

If it helps, I've never had any problems with Smyths delivering on preorders.
Even with the NES Classic. Had it on release day and that was an online preorder.

A few Smyths branches are doing midnight launch, 8 gameslop stores are too, my advice is do preorder if you want it on day one just to be sure, smyths are €20 for their deposit.

guy in work bought the edtion with the case and statue from the us and wont have it for 2 weeks he predicts so hes buying the game here and then selling the us version of the game when it arrives minus the extras.

There was 128GB micro SD card on Pigsback the other day for 20 quid, just searched it there and it seems to be gone, nooooo....

I doubt it was fast but I don't think the switch will take advantage of SD card class speeds, or does it?

EA probably happy because of fifa coins ultimate team and a cut of the online funds, probably won't launch it until September when Fifa 18 is out as European leagues are entering their final thirds soon.

i got it on offer on wii u around halloween. its a fantastic game. i might pick it up again for the switch for the right price for the 2 extra campaigns

Shovel Knight looks fantastic in that video a few pages back. Never bought it but it looks perfect on the Switch.

Just on the talk of physical vs digital... I still love buying physical copies of games if only because it's easier to shop around for cheaper deals online. Plus there's also the fairly generous trade in offers that CEX offer on games to be used for future purchases.

I would have opted to go solely digital if Nintendo's e-shop prices weren't so bloody extortionate.

I've gone for a sizable micro SD card for the Switch to download digital only games such as Shovel Knight and Snipperclips but having physical carts won't eat into my storage space.
