What would it be?

I'd write a new law:

Any person, who provides or attempts to provide or conspires to provide or aids or abets the provision of nutritional or dietary information unless he or she is a qualified doctor, general practitioner, dentist, dietician or gastro-intestinal specialist shall be guilty of an offence.

Anyone found guilty of the above shall be tried on indictment and liable upon summary conviction to a prison term not exceeding 6 months or a monetary fine not exceeding €5000 or both.

In other words, "nutritionists" will be outlawed.

Allow politicians, civil servants, semi-state bosses, education heads, hospital heads, Garda heads one five year term.
They would then be disqualified from a position at that level in that or any other organisation for the rest of their lives.

I'll stop you there. Some nutritionists, depending on their qualification know far more about nutrition than clinicians.

I'd legalize all drugs and licence and tax the sale of them.
I'd also legalize prostitution and tax earnings.
I'd also tell any biddy that rings Joe Duffy to complain about this to fcuk off, criminalising these activities does not work.

I'd get rid of both religion and Irish from our schools, we waste a criminal amount of time on these and they're useless. If parents feel strongly enough about either of them, let them teach their kids in their own time. I'd kick the religious orders out of schools completely.

I'd totally change planning laws to make it easier to build important large infrastructural projects and conversely, much more difficult to build one off housing in the middle of nowhere.

Finally I'd rip up all the interurban rail lines and replace them with greenways. We are too small an island to be funding interurban rail.
