My mums old saying was feed a flu and starve a bug. Everyone in the house at the moment has an awful flu/cold thing in various stages of recovery and I was hoping to cook something that would make them feel better.
So if anyone has some ideas or recipes that are snot-busting, throat-soothing, sinus clearing or immune-boosting, I would love to hear them! Cooking ability, and time needed and budget are not a problem so the sky's the limit!
Just so you know, we've been busy all week so living off packet chicken noodle soup and ready dinners. Virtually anything would be an improvement on that
