Migraine returned again yesterday, but has gone this morn, leaves me wiped out though...so I'm thinking lord of the rings marathon

Into Lidl to get croissants for sons, black coffee cheese and ham croissants for breakfast.

Had my ride this morning, just put it back on the hitch carrier before this. Was out at 6:30, done a 10k ride.

I am not sleeping well the last few nights and waking up far too early for my liking. Was awake at 6am! and got up for a cup of tea at 8am. That was at least 4 hrs earlier than normal for a Sunday.
