IT JUSTVSTAYS ON THE WINDOWS LOGO AFTER I ENTER MY PASSWORD AND YOUR 2ND LINE SUPPORT HAVE BEEN MOST UNHELPFUL! ALSO I TRIED PRINTING A .GIF FILE BUT IT WOULD NOT MOVE. PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO YOUR SERVICE CONTROLLER.
