Do we not have some kind of trading standards organisation that can investigate and shut down and fine a place for passing off drinks as something else.

Craft beers are in general a load of sheite, you either get it from a tap with little or no use where it's been sitting in pipelines for weeks or else only one pub in Dublin sells the particular one you like.
