Started off cool and cloudy here.

feeling cold and damp, 14C.

first day of Autumn - certainly feels it.

Getting a little sun here atm.

Saturday looks dodge but Sunday might be ok

Tuesday and Wednesday look warm....away from Sligo and Mayo

next week summer is back with temps of 20C+ for most of next week. Could hit 22 or 23C in a few places. We just have to get the next 3 days out of the way first.

Also brightening up here near Tralee after a dull overcast day with low dense cloud , feeling mild this evening at 17 C ( did get up to 17.6C around 18.00 ). Only 1.4mm here from mist and drizzle.

Not a bad morning here so far. Cool and bright sums it up.

After a damp cloudy start it has turned into a nice day here in Tralee. Fresher clearer air now after the cold front has gone through. Good stretches of blue sky and sunshine and feeling relatively warm in the high teens.

Cloud has broken here too. Decent afternoon now.

raining away now in East galway but the very heavy rain missed us so it's not so bad
looking at radar it should probably clear us in 2 hours or so
