Can anyone recommend a power bank? I'll probably need one for rambling around Paris. Just read a post from a guy who caught a dragonite, alakazam, Pikachus, aerodactyl and nidoqueen at the Eiffel tower at lunch.

Fair? That's bloody ridiculous!! With that said, the closest I've seen to anything like that variety was Bull Island

Also, I normally checkout The Wirecutter for any gear I'm thinking of buying as their recommendations are generally spot on.

You can easily get 60,000XP doing a mass evolution with a lucky egg, so you only need to do it once to hit the next level. I don't go out of my way to catch Pideys, Rattatas, Caterpies and Weedles. I just catch the ones I come across and it doesn't take me too long to collect the 60 pokemons or so needed for a mass evolve.

Also, what cp slowpoke would you guys recommend evolving? I have a 560 slowpoke but am I likely of finding a better one? I'm level 22 BTW.

I just evolved a 682 with strong IVs and got a 1466 Slowbro.

I'm level 26 and I regularly come across 700CP+ Slowpokes. Not sure about level 22

My tentacruels are cp 1596(maxed out), 1244 and 1209(neither maxed out) and Im level 24 and a half!

And my ten k just hatched into a magmar, god dammit, but somehow have two more in my bag, must get walking later!

Is tentacruel particularly strong? Came across one in a gym that was about 8-900 and it was comfortably beating my guys, including an Electabuzz that was 100cp higher than it.

Finally hatched my 2nd 10k and got a 400 somethin cp onix pebbleturd.
Walked past loads of different stops and didn't get any more 10k's.

Also hatched a few spearows and a poliwag today. Balls to them.

At least when I swung by bull island I bagged another vulpix, sandshrew and machop. Completely ignoring the purple vermin for now.

So in the latest update, after a gym is defeated, the pokemon you left in it is now returned to you fainted. That means you have to revive it first and then heal it. Before the update, it used to be returned with 1hp left so you didn't need a revive.

Same with training a gym that is occupied by the same team as you. Now you have to revive it too after it gets defeated. I have no problem with that.

But has anyone else noticed that revives have become much rarer? I visited a ton of pokestops in the city and only got like 20+ revives. Before they were so common that I'd bin like 40 of them at a time because they kept filling up my bag. Now they're almost as rare as Ultra balls.

Took a walk around the Phoenix Park, which normally gets me nothing but pidgeys and the odd venonat but between hatchings and findings I got 2 Machops with enough candy to evolve one into a Machoke, Electabuzz, Clefairy and Vulpix all who were new for me.
I took 2 gyms which probably won't last the night.
Also caught a low Abra, 6 bloody weedles in 6 minutes on what I will now call weedle row and just as I got home a ??? Slowpoke appeared who turned out to be 1426 but is my highest CP so far.

On the minus side I am down to just 9 regular balls (plus a good few giant and ultra but I'm not wasting those on trash) and won't be near a good supply of pokestops until Sunday.

Edit: And 2 hours later both gyms are gone, why didn't I go team red instead of blue.
