Safe pass biggest scam ever, you have to resit it, they don't do a 1/2 day (or 20 minute) refresher course, you've to suffer though it all over again.

Caring professions are certainly female dominated BUT health care assistant roles/social care worker roles are slowly closing the gap with gender ratios.

I'm surprised that he hasn't found a HCA role. It's a level 5 requirement but the I've seen tons of job ads for these roles.
