Any idea about how the knock out stages are going to be chosen by RTE and TV3? Was expecting alternative schedules, but from TV Now - they only have one schedule and shows that RTE2 are showing no live matches while TV3 are showing the 3 5pm matches. Obviously a mistake esp for RTE2. Must try to see what's in RTE Guide today.

I can't see that they'd be set in stone yet given that neither knows whether the Republic of Ireland are going to qualify yet and if so what time slot they'll be playing in. This is in the context that RTE gets all Republic of Ireland games.

Yes I was thinking the same, surprised though that there were no alternative schedules showing in the weekly guide I saw. BBC and ITV would normally have ones.

Really surprised at those high ratings for the France v Albania and Belgium v Italy one too. Good ratings throughout. TV3 be certainly happy they took advantage of RTE's somewhat generosity of giving away a few matches. Wonder will this continue for future tournaments

I think we'd said it was win win for TV3. Belgium V Italy I guess got high ratings as we are in the same group.

With the GAA action now throwing in at 4:15pm and 6:35pm on RTE One, there'll be not many places to hide from sport on Sunday teatime for anyone with only Saorview.

With the UK broadcasters, we know who had first, second, third etc picks. However, with this it's very hard to know. RTE getting 1st pick with Ireland obviously. But for their second pick, did they choose England or Wales v Northern Ireland over Spain v Italy. Or were TV3 given the second pick and chose the Spain v Italy match.

RTE1s ratings getting really low. Only 6 unique programmes getting over 200k. Maybe it's to do with the football - but will see more in July when the football is over.

Two games involving Hungary didn't give TV3 ratings much of a help. They'd be happy with 308,000 though for Croatia and Portugal. No showings of Big Brother, although it has been shunted around and on 3e as well.

Still no sign of Love Island on UTVi - awful scheduling of the programme. After 11 would have done it. Without Corrie and Emmerdale, their top rated show is a backstage at loose women. No sign of The Pulse

How many episodes of BB did TV3 have? again many repeats, clearly an auidence for 24 hours to kill.

2 editions of Big Brother on Thursday and Friday.
TV3 again going for primetime airings of America's Got Talent next week. Watch as the show is eventually shoved off primetime to weekend afternoons. Unsure this is the way to build an audience.
