Is it just me or has the new posts link disappeared from the bar at the top. Is there anyway I can get to this link another way or can it be restored??

It will be back later,there is some problems with the hardware atm,main server is dead.so some features are disabled while they use a secondary server.

Edit:btw it works fine for me most of the time.
