Replacement Radiator

Where would i get a replacement radiator for a Waterchill Kit?
I foolishly took one of the bolts off and put it back on (to fit it into a confined space) and now it leaks!

I've no idea what size the tubes are or where to get a quick replacement in Dublin City. Any ideas would be appreciated.

This is the only place i know of that does watercooling stuff in around dublin ..i maybe wrong if i am correct me please cos it would be nice to know of somewhere eles ...hope this helps
